What would you do?

I can't wait to see the responses I get to this blog cuz it's an interesting choice with no right or wrong answer.

Let's say you're given the opportunity to donate some money to a desperate family who would use it to feed their children, but were only able to do so if you donated the same amount of money to someone you knew would use it to buy crack. Would you do it?

I'll give you my answer later.

  1. I would absolutely make the donation. I've always believed that it is up to us to be charitable w/o asking questions. Then we've done our part. We're accountable to God (if you believe in one) for our actions. If someone uses that charity to buy crack, they're accountable for their actions. And the hungry family gets to eat. 2. I'd make the donation to the family so their children could eat. The junkie would find a way to buy crack anyway.
